شناسایی چالش های مدیریت اوقات فراغت ورزشی در بحران کووید- 19

چکیده

با ظهور بیماری کووید-19 در جهان، بسیاری از خانواده‌ها و مدیران با چالش نحوۀ مدیریت اوقات فراغت ورزشی روبه‌رو شده‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌های پیش‌روی مدیریت اوقات فراغت ورزشی در دوران بیماری کووید-19 بود. روش پژوهش، از نظر پارادایم، تفسیری و، به لحاظ روش‌شناسی، کیو است. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل متخصصان و استادان دانشگاه با دانش کامل درخصوص اوقات فراغت ورزشی جوامع و خبرگان سیاست‌گذار در مباحث ورزشی این بحران از ایران بودند که به روش گلولۀ برفی انتخاب شدند. با تعداد 23 مصاحبه‌شونده، داده‌های گردآوری‌شده به اشباع نظری رسید. از میان مصاحبه‏‌های عمیق با خبرگان و پیشینۀ پژوهش، 29 عبارت شناسایی و، با تحلیل عاملی کیو، 7 الگوی ذهنی مشخص شد. براساس یافته‌ها، چالش‌های مدیریت اوقات فراغت ورزشی به‌ترتیب اولویت عبارت‌اند از توجه به مباحث اقتصادی، زیرساختی، سازمانی، امور ورزشکاران، سبک‌های زندگی و مسائل قرنطینه‌شوندگان بود. پیشنهاد می‌شود، برای برون‌رفت از این چالش‌ها، برنامه‌هایی جایگزین، با توجه به پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و راهکارهای جدید ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش، درنظر گرفته شوند.
