تأثیر بهره‏‌گیری از رسانه‌‏های آنلاین در تغییرات طرز تفکر جهانگردان از طریق اشتراک اطلاعات و ترغیب‏‌کنندگی

چکیده

امروزه مسافران در هنگام تصمیم‏‌گیری برای سفر به مطالب آنلاینی که از سوی مصرف‏‌کنندگان در قالب بررسی‌‏ها و گروه‌‏های خبری منتشر می‌‏شود بسیار اعتماد می‏‌کنند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیرات رسانه‌‏های آنلاین (بررسی‌‏های مصرف‏‌کنندگان، منابع شخصی، آگهی‌‏های تبلیغاتی) بر تغییرات طرز تفکر جهانگردان از طریق مشارکت در اطلاعات و ترغیب‌‏کنندگی است. رسانه‌‏های آنلاین مجموعه‌‏ای از برنامه‏‌های مبتنی بر اینترنت‌‏اند که با اتکا به بنیان‌‏های فنّاورانۀ تحت وب، امکان ایجاد و تبادل محتوای تولیدشده از سوی کاربران را فراهم می‌‏آورند. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است و پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی به‌‏شمار می‏‌آید. جامعۀ آماری دربردارندۀ گردشگران اروپایی شهر تهران است که بر اساس روش نمونه‏‌گیری در دسترس و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر برای نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شده‌‏اند. تحلیل‌‏های آماری با روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌‏افزار اس‌‏پی‏‌اس‌‏‌اس و آموس انجام ‏شده است. ارتباط علّی بین متغیرها با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری تعیین شده و به‌‏منظور آزمودن فرضیه‏‌ها، سطوح معناداری p_value کوچک‌‏تر از 05/0 درنظر گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش شامل شانزده فرضیۀ اصلی بوده که مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و نشان می‌‏دهد که رسانه‌‏های آنلاین، قالب تصویر، کادربندی پیام‏‌ها و تعاملات با گردشگران بر مشارکت در اطلاعات و ترغیب‌‏کنندگی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، مشارکت در اطلاعات از سوی گردشگران بر ترغیب‌‏کنندگی، و ترغیب‏‌کنندگی بر تغییر طرز تفکر اثرگذار است
